Delete Your Salon Solutions Account

Delete from inside the App

1. Sign in to Salon Solutions.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Account & Security.
4. Select Delete Account.
5. Review the warning and confirm the deletion request.

Request deletion without the App

Send an email from the address linked to your Salon Solutions account. Include your account email or phone number and specify whether the account is an Owner or Customer account.

What will be deleted

• Your login account and profile information.
• Owner or customer records associated with your account.
• Salon configuration and operational data controlled solely by the deleted owner account, subject to verification and applicable retention obligations.
• Associated booking, queue, notification and payment-verification information, where deletion is technically and legally permitted.

What may be retained

Limited records may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legitimate business record-keeping. Retained information will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Verification and processing

We may request reasonable information to verify that the deletion request comes from the account owner. After verification, we will process the request within a reasonable period and confirm completion by email.
